Despite a long range hat-trick from wing George Bromage (seen leaving a defender clutching thin air for try no 2!), London Cornish slip to a 39-22 defeat at promotion contenders Twickenham in Counties 1 Surrey/Sussex, Mike Edworthy adding 2 conversions and a penalty to make up the score. The 2s are also well beaten by 5-60 at home to MMT Prem league leaders Belsize Park 3s at the REMPF, though it was very encouraging to field a number of new front row in that match.
