"We have some important updates on our clubhouse project. We've received a few queries from HMRC about our CASC application. We have responded to those queries and are now awaiting final approval from HMRC, but we remain confident of a positive outcome soon. We are looking forward to becoming a CASC and building on our community and amateur ethos. In the meantime, we are preparing for a 'soft launch' of the clubhouse for the opening league game when we host Old Caterhamians RFC in Counties 1 Surrey/Sussex on Sat 26th September. To that end, we have just signed a drinks supply deal with Fullers and the DoR has ordered Ann's Pasties! We have also taken delivery of some of our furniture (pictured), which gives some indication of the space, albeit not yet a branded Clubhouse. We will be open for pre match drinks on 26th and hope to see you there!"
