I write to inform you, following a Board meeting of London Cornish RFC held on Tuesday 7th July 2026, of the Board’s unanimous decision to register the Club as a Community Amateur Sports Club or CASC. This will require the passing of a Special Resolution at an Extraordinary General Meeting to change the Club’s Articles of Association.

To successfully change the Articles of Association of a company limited by guarantee, a Special Resolution must be past requiring a 75% majority vote of members present and voting at a general meeting called with at least 14 days' notice.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of London Cornish Rugby Football Club will take place at 7 pm on Thursday 23rd July 2026, held via Zoom to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a Special Resolution:

THAT the existing constitution of London Cornish Rugby Football Club be amended to meet the requirements of a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) under the Corporation Tax Act 2010, and that the new constitution be adopted as the governing document of the Club.
