Former LCRFC Skipper George Kimmins brings his Trinity side to the REMPF in Counties 1 Surrey/Sussex on Saturday, an appropriate visit as George knew the recently departed Terry Kite well, so the pre match minutes silence will have extra resonance, taking place as it will in Terry's Corner. There is a growing sense that matches between these two clubs are worth watching as there have been a series of thrillers in the last couple of seasons with honours shared to this point and, with the additional news that the exiles new bar will be open, a decent crowd is expected on a forecast fine day. The 2s are also in action, reversing their recent hosting of Old Wimbledonians 2s last week to head the short distance to Coombe Lane in the Surrey Alliance. You can follow score updates from the 1s on our X feed, whilst a round up of the action will land here just as soon as we can sort one!
